inspired by some daily deviation a while ago involving blue sky and...uh...electric...power pole...tower...thingys..........
erm.
wanted to draw something like this...dream like and with dramatic lighting....

Character: Noel (used for coloring tutorial and in color scheme meme) ..I thought his scheme would go well with all the blue~
